Patrim is an intelligence tool for buyers of property in Italy. Using it means accepting the terms below.
What Patrim does
We extract structured facts from public listing pages, calculate retrofit cost estimates, apply incentives to the best of the information published by Italian institutions, and help you compare properties.
What Patrim does NOT do (and doesn't promise)
Patrim does not replace the judgement of licensed professionals. Estimates are indicative. We do not guarantee bit-for-bit accuracy of AI extractions. For every purchase decision, technical survey, notarial deed, mortgage, or renovation, always consult a licensed surveyor, notary, financial advisor, and/or accountant.
Liability
Patrim is provided "as is". We are not liable for financial losses arising from decisions made on the basis of the product's analyses. It is fully your responsibility to verify every piece of information before acting.
Intellectual property
The Patrim trademark, design, code, and all site content are owned by Patrim. You may use the app for your personal property-evaluation purposes; you may not resell it, scrape it at scale, or use it to build a competing product.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product evolves. We'll email you if there are substantive changes.
